Hi! I’m Molza, the girl behind MolzaCreations aka Cosplay.Tattoo, and I ship every order from the EU.
I know that when you’re ordering something for a cosplay or an upcoming convention, knowing when your package is likely to arrive is important. I’ve therefore tried to keep the shipping options as straightforward as possible.
Where I ship
I currently ship orders internationally to the destinations available at checkout.
The shipping options and prices available for your particular destination are shown during checkout before you place your order.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, please feel free to contact me and I’ll see if I can help.
Shipping options
Depending on your destination, different shipping methods may be available.
Some options may include untracked postal delivery, while others may include tracking or a faster/priority service.
The available options and their prices are shown at checkout.
If tracking is important to you, please make sure you select a tracked shipping option when placing your order.
When will my order be shipped?
I aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Your order is normally prepared after payment has been received, and I’ll send it using the shipping method you selected at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive the relevant shipping information by email.
Please remember that postal delivery times can vary depending on the destination, postal service, customs processing and other circumstances outside my control.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
If you are ordering for a specific convention, cosplay event or photoshoot, I recommend ordering early enough to allow for possible postal delays. The world is really hectic these days, postal disruptions, new tariffs, shipping routes changes, all of that jazz: better be safe than sorry!
Tracking
If you choose a tracked shipping option, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please note that untracked shipping does not provide the same level of shipment visibility as tracked shipping.
If you need your order for a particular date, I strongly recommend choosing a tracked or express option where one is available.
Customs and import charges
Orders sent internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Unfortunately, I cannot control customs processing times or charges imposed by another country.
If your package is delayed
International mail can sometimes take longer than expected.
If your order seems to be taking longer than the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact me with your order number and I’ll help you investigate it.
For tracked shipments, I’ll use the available tracking information to help determine what has happened.
For untracked shipments, the information available to investigate a delayed package may be more limited.
If your package arrives damaged
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the products before throwing anything away, if possible.

Please include your order number and the photographs so I can look into the problem and help you.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
If you notice that you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact me as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, I’ll do my best to correct the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, I may not be able to change the delivery address.
