Hi! I’m Molza, the girl behind MolzaCreations aka Cosplay.Tattoo.
Have a question about a tattoo, sizing, your order, shipping, or your cosplay? Just ask!
I run the shop myself, so when you contact MolzaCreations, you’re talking directly to me. 💗
For questions about an existing order, please include your order number so I can find it quickly and help you.
Before ordering
Not sure which size you need?
Wondering whether a particular tattoo is suitable for your cosplay?
Need help choosing between two designs?
Feel free to ask me before ordering. I’d much rather help you choose the right thing than have you order something you’re unsure about.
Questions about an existing order
If you’re contacting me about an order, please include:
- Your order number
- The name used for the order
- A short description of the problem or question
If something arrived damaged or incorrect, photographs are very helpful!
Please always contact me first to initiate a return. I’ll provide the appropriate return instructions for your situation.
Response time
I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
I’m a one-person shop, so I’m not sitting behind a customer-service desk 24/7, but I do read my emails and I’ll always do my best to help. 😊
