These Terms & Conditions explain how purchasing from my online shop works. I’ve tried to keep everything as straightforward and understandable as possible without any unnecessary legal jargon.

About MolzaCreations
MolzaCreations is an independent, one-person creative shop based in EU.
I design, prepare and ship the products sold through this website myself.

Products
I make temporary cosplay tattoos and other cosplay-related products.
I do my best to make product descriptions, photographs, sizes and other information as accurate as possible.
Please keep in mind that colours can look slightly different depending on your screen and device.
Product-specific information such as the number of tattoos included, approximate dimensions, application instructions and other important details can be found on the relevant product page.
If you’re unsure about the size or suitability of a tattoo for your cosplay, please ask me before ordering. I’m happy to help.
Character and source information
Some of my products are inspired by characters, symbols or designs from anime, manga, video games, television, films and other fictional works.
Where applicable, the relevant character and source are identified in the product listing.
MolzaCreations is an independent cosplay-focused shop and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the owners of those fictional properties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices
The price displayed on the product page is the price applicable to that product at the time you place your order.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any additional charges that I am aware of and that must be paid by you will be communicated before you place your order.
Placing an order
When you place an order through the website, you are making a request to purchase the products in your cart.
Before completing your order, you’ll have the opportunity to review your products, delivery details and applicable charges.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
If there is a problem with your order or I’m unable to fulfil it, I’ll contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Card payments are processed securely by the relevant payment provider.
I will never ask you to send your card details, passwords or other payment credentials to me by email or social media.
Shipping
I ship orders from the EU to the destinations available at checkout.
Available shipping methods, costs and any applicable delivery estimates are shown during checkout.

Returns and your right to change your mind
For online consumer purchases, you may generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise doesn’t conform to the contract, please contact me.
I’ll work with you to resolve the problem and provide whatever remedy is required by applicable consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything written in these Terms & Conditions.
Delivery problems
If an order is delayed or appears to have been lost, please contact me with your order number.
I’ll do my best to investigate the situation and help.
Please remember that international postal services and customs authorities are outside my direct control, so delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect delivery information
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, I’ll do my best to correct the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, I may no longer be able to change the delivery address.
Personalised or custom products
If I offer a personalised or custom-made product, the listing will explain this before you place the order.
Different statutory rules may apply to genuinely personalised or made-to-order products where an applicable legal exception exists.
If you’re unsure about a custom order, please contact me before purchasing.
Intellectual property
The MolzaCreations name, branding, original photographs, original artwork, written content and other original material created by me remain my property unless otherwise stated.
Please don’t copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially use my original photographs, artwork, product images or written content without my permission.
Some products reference third-party fictional characters, worlds or properties. Those third-party intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners.
Website content
I do my best to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date.
Occasionally there may be mistakes, typographical errors or outdated information. If I discover an important error affecting an order, I’ll contact the affected customer where appropriate.
Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example when the website changes or when legal requirements change.
The version published on this page is the version applicable at the time you use the website, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
